Do you have stores? I’d like to try the bed. + -

We do not have stores of our own, however, retailers across North America carry our power beds and mattresses, and we do also sell our beds at Costco events. You can find retailers and the dates/locations for our Costco events here.

There are lot of King sizes. I’m not sure which one to order. + -

What is your return policy? + -

We are passionately committed to helping you sleep, so we offer power beds and mattresses that are fully customizable to all needs. Our 365 Promise, which you can view here reflects our mission of great sleep. Due to the extensive commitment behind this promise, as well as the extreme customizability of our beds, we do not accept returns. *Please note: sleep systems purchased at Costco are subject to the Costco return policy.

All Reverie employees are sleep ambassadors, or more like sleep warriors. We have an rigorous in-house training certification based on a body of scientific research and input from our Sleep Advisory Council to ensure that our Sleep Specialists truly are experts.  In addition, our service people have many years of experience helping people sleep better. They are “specialists” in every sense of the word.

Do you offer financing? + -

Yes, and much of it is free if you pay it off within the specified loan period of 12, 24 or 36 months. Check out some of the options here.

I’m putting it all on my credit card. When will it be billed? + -

Because our beds are custom built to your preferences, we need payment in full upon ordering, like any custom order.

What forms of payment do you accept? + -

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

What is your delivery area? + -

We deliver in the U.S., within the 48 contiguous states.

Approximately how long from the order date will it take my bed to be delivered? + -

Depending on demand, that will take 4-6 weeks. We will keep in touch and let you know as things progress, and of course, schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you. If you are ordering a power bed/base from a retailer, delivery should be within two weeks, often sooner. Consult the retailer for details.

Why is there a lag time for delivery of my bed? + -

Our mattresses are custom built, which means we hand-configure the firmness of your mattress on both sides according to your wishes. We are not a ginormous conglomerate; we make our beds with care and personal attention to your specs, as agreed upon when you order.

How do I check the status of my order? + -

What do I have to do to prepare for delivery? + -

This is very important. Please remove your old bed and ensure there is more than enough space to accommodate the dimensions of your new sleep system. There are also certain clearances we need to get into your bedroom or up the stairs. Check out our detailed delivery guides here. I’m a little confused about your reconfigurable mattresses. Can you explain further? + -

Our mattresses are radically different, so that’s understandable. Think of the support system as modular. Instead of metal coils, we use movable natural foam springs. These springs come in densities from Extra Soft to Firm, with over 200 of them in mattresses Queen size or larger. Each mattress has a set number of springs in all four densities, and they can be arranged in detailed patterns to match different body types and health conditions. After consulting with a Sleep Specialist, we custom-build your mattress in Soft, Medium or Firm on your side of the mattress, and the same for your partner. Most people are perfectly comfortable with these arrangements and never change them. However, if you have specific pain points or a less common body type (for example, super tall, petite, over 300 lbs.), you have the option to tweak it further. You simply unzip the mattress and rearrange the foam springs to adjust the firmness. If you have a sore back, you might want more support there, so you could swap out the pre-arranged springs in the back area for yellow or green springs. If you like it cushy where your head is, you might swap out the springs there for pink springs. All the springs you need are already in your mattress, it’s just a matter of moving them around. This can also come in handy for life changes like pregnancy or surgery.

How do I pair my remote with the power bed? + -

  1. For T-series remotes (7T, 8T, 9T), hold down the lightbulb icon on the remote. If you have a Split King, for each remote, hold it down twice.

  2. For other remotes, press and hold the learn button on your bed’s control box, and once the green light is on, press the head up button on your remote for approximately three seconds. Let go and you should be all set.

What does your Nightstand™ smartphone app do that the remote won’t? + -

Nightstand, which is available for both iOS and Android, does everything the remote does and more. You can save an unlimited number of favorite bed positions, including massage settings, to supplement what’s on your remote. You can also combine all your favorite settings into one long routine, and save that into one setting that goes off in the morning or at bedtime. Another customer favorite is to set an alarm for the bed to raise, with massage, in the morning for a gentle nudge to wake up. Take a look at our video tutorials here for detailed information. Please note that your bed must have our Bluetooth module in order to use the app.

I have a bed frame I already love. Will the system fit inside? + -

Probably, but not always. Our sleep systems and power beds are designed to fit within most modern bed frames, depending on the height of the lip and inner bed rails. That is one of the reasons we include modular legs. For a guide on how to measure, click here. (link to pdf of measuring guide) If you have any questions at all, call us. Remember that your sleep system is not returnable, so you want to be sure of this before ordering.

What are the dimensions of the mattress? + -

Because it is custom built and handmade, the size can vary from the listed measurements. Actual dimensions can be up to 1.5” smaller.

My remote isn’t working. + -

Try fresh batteries if your remote is battery operated. If you have one of our Bluetooth remotes, this is almost always one of two things: try re-pairing it with your bed (instructions right below) or re-charging your remote with the USB charger.

My 9T remote won’t connect with the bed. + -

Occasionally the remote will lose connection with your bed, for various reasons, including if you are using the smartphone app. This is easily restored. First, try allowing your remote to go back to sleep by setting it down. When you pick the remote up and wake it back up, it should automatically connect to the bed it was last paired with. To pair (or reconnect) the bed with your remote, hold down the lightbulb icon toward the middle of your remote. If you have a Split King, for each remote, hold it down twice.

My 9T remote won’t charge. + -

Plug the remote into the USB charger, using the USB cord. Make sure the connection is tight. The first charge should be for about 5 hours to ensure full power. If this doesn’t work, check your power outlet to make sure you have power. Lamps work great for testing this. If the power is still not working, then try a different mini USB charger and call us at 800.973.8374.

My remotes control both sides of my split king bed. How do I separate them? + -

Sync/pair/connect each remote to its respective side twice. For the 9T, you can do that, by holding down the lightbulb button in the middle of the remote. For non-9T remotes, follow the instructions above for syncing your remote; find the sync button on your control module under the bed and hold it down until the light turns green.

My bed won’t move. + -

See remote instructions and also Q&A above to make sure your remote is charged and also synced with your bed. If it is, then first check your power outlet where the bed is plugged in to make sure it is working. A lamp is a great way to test this. If you have power, then check the red light on your bed’s control box to make sure that it is on. If not, then check the fuses (link to fuse replacement instructions) on your bed’s control box to make sure none of them has come loose. How do I know you make a quality product? + -

Our mattresses and power beds are rigorously tested to meet industry reliability, safe and electrical standards, which we generally exceed. Our mattress materials have important materials certifications like the Intertek® QPM, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and Certi-PUR-US®. Our power bases are UL and Intertek-certified. Our mattress was recently reviewed by the top consumer reviewing organization and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We are also a seven-time winner of the Women’s Choice Award®. How come I never heard of you before? + -

We’ve actually delivered better sleep to over 4 million people since 2005 through private label and the Reverie brand. In 2013, we launched our innovative mattress line, and the world discovered custom comfort.

Is this a product? + -

Yes. Reverie Sleep Coach has three initial product offerings, as outlined above. Each has its own SKU, and you can provide customers with a physical Sleep Coach package (gift card + brochure) upon purchase.

What training will you provide to my RSAs? / How will I sell it? + -

Reverie will provide your RSAs with extensive training just as we do for any power base or sleep system rollout. Training tools will also be available on the Reverie Partner Network (RPN).

What is the value of this program for retailers? + -

Reverie Sleep Coach is designed to support the new mattress adjustment period. Not only can the added sleep knowledge boost your customer’s perception of your store and the buying experience, but it also has the potential to mitigate comfort returns.
