Pain in the ass, I can’t find the device to sink to bed. I have to wait for my grandson to visit. I can’t get down on floor to find device because I’ll never be able to get up.

Remote is perfect, but cost is too expensive. As far as using website and being able locate remote for my bed was the easiest thing to do. Heed all the. warnings about matching bed to remote and you be satisfied 100%

Helped solve my problem

I had a little trouble finding the sink button but once I did it connected right up

purchased a used bed frame but no remote. Was a little tricky and crossed fingers guess at the correct remote given had no previous reference but there was just enough information on the web page to make an educated guess. Works PERFECTLY, easy to pair and program the two custom buttons.

I have one of your older beds and had to replace the remote because of battery. Placement solve the problem and works wonderful. Save me the cost of the whole new bed. Just a reminder to everybody change your batteries at least every six months or check them.

The only thing I don't care for is the 3 single buttons. I was used to the old remotes button placement and realy prefer that style but I'll get used to it

More than adequate replacement for the original remote.

I was looking to replace the old remote model with a new one. I emailed customer service to inquire about how to do this and was told the newer remote model is the best option for me. I ordered the new remote and it works well. Super easy to set up and no problems so far. Very happy with the replacement model because I prefer using alkaline batteries over a lithium cell battery. If you're looking to replace your old remote with the newer version and this version is compatible with your old remote, then I highly recommend you purchase this model, you won't be disappointed.

So happy that Reverie makes these. We have 10 year old Tempur-Pedic bases that are in great shape so being able to buy the hardwired remote is great.
