The products are amazing, they work wonderfully and have lasted for years.
The customer service however stinks more than a pile of you know what. Phone message says if you don't do this and that we will not help you? Some of us no longer have all the paperwork and may be disabled and can't remove a mattress or crawl under a bed any longer. For the monies we spent buying this product you might think that OWNERS might be treated a bit better.

I would not give this a bad review because it worked very well and worked exactly the way it should. However, it was quite a challenge to do the assembly ourselves.

We tried installing this and couldn’t figure out how to make it work. We spoke to their tech guy and still wasn’t able to get it to work. He spent a lot of time with us, emailing pictures back and forth. We still couldn’t make it work, We asked for a refund and they said they don’t take parts back. We ended up ordering a gusset plate from Amazon and my husband was able to get it to work using some of their pieces with modified gusset plates.

When I opened this I thought that it was real good quality and strong. As I went through the installation process I started noticing problems that needs rectification. i had to put wood spacers between the brackets so it did not collapse on it self.
Maybe would be ok for a lightweight headboard but less than adequate for a solid oak, king size headboard with glass.

My headboard was damaged during a recent move and I haven't yet replaced it therefore, the kit I bought hasn't been used yet.

Very easy to use. I single handed attached the head board to my adjustable bed.

I pray to god who ever “designed” this was high on meth, grabbed random chunks of metal and threw in random bolts and a couple wing nuts. This is plain old stupid as they come

I could not assemble the headboard kit. It is half assembled since I couldn’t tighten the bolts or figure out how to make it work with my headboard. Very disappointed.
