R310T™ Adjustable Power Base

This is our 4th Reverie base. I can't remember how we moved the last queen size frame, but this one was delivered on our driveway and I wound up paying to have it moved and to get help setting it up. Scott Good emailed me to check on my delivery choices. If I ever order again, I'll probably pay you for setup.

I am not able to be without this bed now that I have it! Being able to sit up in my bedroom to watch TV instead of suffering through the football game on the TV in the other room or taking 15 minutes on a Saturday morning to enjoy coffee in bed is just great! I also have not had any issues with performance. Love it!

My review is more about customer service from Paige when my remote stopped working correctly. I believe she either stayed late or called me from her home to resolve the issue. Thank you Paige!!

Called Reverie for help. Paige B responded. Directed me to resolve problem. When that didn't work, Paige diagnosed the problem and sent me a new control box and arranged for a technician. Paige was knowledgeable, willing to help me, thorough and resolved my problem. I was unable to receive help from Raymour and Flanigan despite their Platinum Protection Plan that I purchased. Paige B is a fine representative for Reverie and I am extremely grateful that I was able to reach Paige B. As a former administrator, I recognize the value of personnel of Paige's caliber.

This base has made sleeping extremely comfortable. Can lift legs to a comfortable position leaving the head down. I don’t toss and turn like i used to. A plus: it was the easiest bed to get to my second floor as i had to struggle with regular box sorting and mattresses.

My bed base stopped working. Customer support agent LaToya Heath was amazing to work with!! She is an asset to your organization and is extremely knowledge. I now have her email and feel like I have a Reverie angel in my back pocket should I need her in the future. And I love my Reverie adjustable/massage bed frame as well! Thanks again LaToya! This review is for your Customer Service, Davonte Vaughn. I emailed and left messages with your customer service and Mr. Vaughn was the one to reach out to me when my remote was not functioning and my bed was stuck in an upright position. He sent me a video and the Nightstand app and reached out to me after a few days to see if my problem had been solved. He saved the day and was always helpful and professional.

Excellent service. . . Your Tech did everything he said he would do in about 15 minutes. Very Courteous well dressed & clean. I was Very Impressed.

i talked to Linda K and explained my problem. she was most knowledgeable and talked me through ways to check it at home. She also sent me instructions on how to pair the remote with the bed. my experience with Linda was great. . . too bad all customer service people can't be as nice as she is. She is definitely a keeper!!!!

Unfortunately, the control module stopped working after 11 months. I called for warranty service and talked to arepresentative named Diamond. She was helpful, patient and despite technicians not being able to replace the module in a timely manner due to Covid-19 backlogs, she assured me that I could do the replacement myself. She sent links to videos which illustrated the steps to take. The new module arrived a few days later and the replacement was simple. Diamond was great to work with and did an outstanding job, especially in this Covid environment. . . great customer support!

I bought two XL Twins fto make a King size mattress. Really works terrific. Especially the 'snore' feature. Had a problem with one of the underbed controllers, and Customer Service (Thanks Alex) was great to work with.

I contacted Reverie and was put in contact with tiffany R. It took awhile because of covid-19 problem but the problems was resolved and I am getting a good nights sleep thank You Tiffany R. for your help

Even in these times got the best service walked tru trouble shooting needed new part it was immediately shipped ! Bed up and working in a few days !

Purchased 2 Reverie adjustable power bases with 2 XL twin size mattresses to make our king size bed. Loved it from the first night. One of the control units quit working but we called their customer service and received a replacement in a matter of a few days. From the moment we called their professionalism and quick response was greatly appreciated.
