R650™ Adjustable Power Base

Control box after less than a year of use and still no answers from customer service over phone or email after a year of trying.
Loved the power base but no point in wasting money on something that doesn't work with no support from Reverie

The base allows us to do so much with the bed. Zero gravity is great for my back!

I read at night. I used to sit in a chair then go to bead. I would wake my self up from reading to try to go to sleep. Now, I read in my bead with the adjustable base and when I am done reading I flatten the bead and fall asleep. It is amazing!!!

Sleeping in the Zero G position has dramatically improved my typical night's rest! Having my feet elevated and pressure relieved of my hips has led to much better sleep. It is also super conveninet to be able to raise my head section higher to read a book! Love this product and the enhanced features it brings to my bed.

So glad she called me back! Can’t wait to get the new control module installed to continue to enjoy my adjustable Reverie Bed!!

My experience with Reverie was terrible until your customer service rep called and was extremely accommodating and helpful getting our remote problem solved.

I have had this base for !8 months and am more than happy with it's different functions. A truly great base when paired with a good foam matress. The reason I am posting this review is to draw special attention to the first class customer service I received from Reverie and Revie employee Kenia Delgado. Sad but true story a contractor working in my condo ' Lost' the power cord for my Reverie Power Base R650. Ms Delgado quickly sent me a replacement and I can only say Thank You for great customer service.

I want to give David the highest review possible. He sent us a new remote and now our bed is working great. We are both up in age and David explained every thing we needed to do.

I wasn't planning on buying a Reverie, but when I saw the tilt feature, I fell in love. This base has the best features available. I'm happy the salesperson told me to try it.

Very well made , quiet bed frame. White glove set-up guys not trained well.

We did not want all the bells and whistles but when we started using them we now know why the sales people told us we would get a great nights rest.

The R650 does not have the top head pillow tilt like the 8Q, otherwise perfect base. The remote for this base should have the ability ta charge itself on the QI pad base.

I do like the bed frame it is an R650. Love the tilt function as I have a bad back. Power supply in the control box died after 4 nights. Took 3 weeks to get replacement. Fortunately bed not in sitting position but still was not flat and could not change. Did not get a good sleep for 3 weeks. Working now & enjoying the options.

This frame is very awesome. It does everything we need and is so sleek. Find a great position save it and its that simple. The vibration system is so soothing and relaxing. My husband and I absolutely love this bed!!!

I was about 6 months pregnant when laying flat on my side made it hard to breathe. Laying on a pile of pillows to try to prop myself up was causing a lot of pain in my shoulders, neck, and hip when a friend of mine recommended I look at Reverie. I decided to get the R650 because after laying in the bed tilted all the way up I could breath and I was comfortable for the first time in a month! I'm so happy with this purchase, not only can I sleep, but my shoulder, neck, and hip pain are gone.

We love our new base and the tilt function it provides. It is solid but sometimes squeaks a little when I move in bed but all around feels solid. My biggest complaint is about the remote. You have to “wake” it up and it takes a few moments to respond. I know that seems like a minor thing, though when you want to get comfy you want to get comfy now. Overall we really like the features and are glad we bought this base.
