Tempur-Pedic® Ergo Replacement Remote

Remote doesn't work. Representative from the store where we bought the bed came to try and pair the device with the bed. The remote does not work. Ultimately, able to sync first remote to the bed. Spent over $100 for nothing.

Tried to order new remote but customer service rep (name is Linda) advised me instead to try cleaning terminals of the remote with alcohol swab then replace with a new 4-pack Duracell batteries . It worked ! I don’t have to buy a new remote control. Thanks to the very efficient & honest representative.

At 70 I can't see the "black" writing on the "dark grey" remote.
Asked for a refund and never got a response.

I had someone from Tempur-Pedic come out and they could not make the remote work. I sent an email to you to see if I could send it back and never received a response. I am not happy.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I asked for replacement remote for our Reverie base and recieved a replacement remote for Temper-Pedic?! I have sent several emails that were replied with a “please write a review”. I need, as payed for, a remote, RC-WM-108, for our ECB2208C1 Control Module!

The only option for our Tempur-pedic economic base that will probably last forever but have to replace the remotes because they do break. However, the price is about 50% higher than it really should be.

The remote is working great! It's smaller but we appreciate the size and how it handles. The start-up was simple with the easy to follow directions.
