Terrible customer service

They sent me the item they recommended would fit my bed. Thru sent the retainer bar without any hardware. It fits super loose and wobbly. I've reached out several times via email and have tried to call to make contact. I never received reply to either forms of contact.

I needed this retainer bar post back surgery. It was useless

Needed this badly. Only issue was timing of Reverie taking 2-3 days every y time I had a question. Sent the Model # but took nearly a month for me to just take a chance and ordered what I thought was the right part.

This not a review on

This not a review on the retainer BAR because it's still sitting in box, unable to use. Waiting on an return authorization since I purchased on early September. I would've given the company a "triple 000", but not an option.
If someone can help me with a return authorization please reach out in an Email.
