Since we have the same beds in another house we are very happy with the good sleep we get from the mattress

I am very happy with my bed. I love the fact that I can raise and lower my head. I have a problem with reflux and this takes complete care of the situation. The remote is easy to use and I love the vibration feature. It is very relaxing. So far I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Everything is great. This is our second bed purchased from Reverie.

I can’t believe I haven’t had an adjustable bed until now. Takes relaxing in bed as well as sleep quality to a whole new level. If you want to truly improve your sleep, get an adjustable bed. If you want the best bed that is super user friendly, get a Reverie. And they do all the dirty work of delivery and set up. Awesome product.

Easy to operate and is very quiet.

Experienced an issue with the control box to my bed. Paige returned me call and was nothing but a pro. She listened carefully to my issue on hand and resolved the problem. She had the part mailed out within a day. And now my bed is fully functional. A+

[****] has helped us since last year troubleshooting our 2 twin bases. My husband's works again but mine still does not. We have a new part for my base and hopefully it's back to working again. Davonte has been a great help to us solving the issue.

Purchased a queen 9T base from Mattress Xperts in FT. Lauderdale Florida. . I was skeptical at first but loved the sleek look and the tempurpedic mattress I bought conformed very well. Since having this in my house for a month now I have to say I cant believe how I ever lived without this in the past. first the remote has a beautiful lcd display which blows away tempers remotes. . . easy to use and the massage is an absolute must. very relaxing and strong. many positions and everything is customizable. great great great! would recommend if you want the best there is for a very reasonable price vs other brands that I have tried. p. s Jason at mattress Xperts was friendly and helpful every step of the way. got a great deal and the delivery crew set me up completely white glove and walked me through all the base features. all around great product and experience. thanks to all!

Had frame for almost a year. Having trouble. Sometimes it won’t adjust. So I would turn off switch on the surge protector and turn it back on. Usually that worked. Now it doesn’t. So today I called customer service. Paige was great to work with. She guided me through everything. They are sending out new parts. Would of gave it 5 stars but because of this I didn’t. Good quality frame.

Like being able to adjust each side of the bed

I have a CA King 9T and the 3D wave massage is used almost every single night. I have tried several competitors massagers and settled on Reverie because of how quiet and relaxing the 3D wave massage is. I sleep with my legs elevated and also raise my upper body nightly to watch TV.

I love my Reverie adjustable. I bought it because of it stylish looks and its ability to tie into an app for wake-up alarm features. I think the Bluetooth connectivity is what is best for me.

I have lumbar degenerative disc disease which causes severe pain which is chronic. I purchased the 9t along with a Beautyrest Black mattress and while the two were very expensive, it was well worth the money. Talk about being lulled to sleep. I recently went away and it was beyond difficult to sleep. This has ruined vacation sleeping for me but in a very good way. Upon delivery the motor didn’t work then the remote but both R&F and Reverie exchanged within a few days and I’ve never been happier. I had mine since July 2017 and I love it!

But we also had a problem with the lift system on my wife's side , we have the split Cal King and her lift mechanism also kept failing a few days after we had the beds. Reverie did however replace BOTH sides. We love our new bed and Custom Comfort's response and helpfulness with everything was great !

My adjustable is 'uplifting' and PERFECT in many ways. What's great about this company? Reverie, is the killer in 'Customer Service'. It is not only professional. . . but 2nd to NONE. I needed service and some tech advice on both the motor and the remote control and they were ON IT. Alyssa Kraemer was there from the time I purchased my bed with request for information. . . until recent with another. Alyssa should be the 'role model' for the company, and she should consider contracting herself out to others as a """"Professional Service Rep"""". Thank you Reverie for providing a beautiful night's sleep. . . every night.

My husband and I love this bed and we where treated like king and queen I am ruined when I go travelling for my company lol

This has been a life-changing purchase. I've been a side-sleeper my entire life. Side-sleepers generally wake up often during the night as their arms fall asleep, from pressure on their hips, shoulders, knees, etc. The salesperson who sold us the bed suggested we really try to sleep on our backs. For one, an adjustable/contoured bed is just so much more comfortable. The shape relieves a lot of pressure on your back, joints, etc. The Zero Gravity position is amazing. It only took a few weeks of trying to sleep on my back in that position to be converted. I woke up one morning shortly after we got the bed and felt rested like I've never felt before. I turned to my wife and said """"So THAT'S what a good night's sleep is supposed to feel like!"""" I'm officially spoiled and now have a hard time sleeping on a traditional flat mattress elsewhere. We have a Split King, so there's no disrupting of the other sleeper when getting into bed at different times. Additionally, the massage function is a nice touch and gently lulls you to sleep. And I would never have thought that Bluetooth would be a necessity with a bed, but the supplemental app gives you far greater control over some of the bed's functions than the standard remote. Can't say enough good things. Reverie has really taken the mantle as the leader in the adjustable category.

There is no comparison to watching TV on my couch vs this adjustable bed. Its so much more comfortable! On top of it all, my wife was pregnant and thankfully we had this so she could sleep better while carrying the baby. Not many things on the market can change your life for the better, this product is definitely one of them.

I have had chronic shoulder and neck issues since having bilateral mastectomies in 2010. As a young women who was not yet 40 I really hoped for something more helpful with my pain. I will say I love my bed and actually had to move the TV out of my room as it was just too comfortable. I do enjoy a cup of coffee and a scroll through my inbox each morning though.

Have been using this for the past few months and would have given a few extra stars if allowed! Definitely delivers on all the promises!!

Great purchase to pair with our new mattress. I really didn't think we would adjust the base that often. . . boy was I wrong. . . we adjust every night. Would not be without an adjustable base ever again !

I have been trying to convince my husband for years to buy this bed and now that we have one he can't believe how much our sleep has changed. He is a loud snorer which normally means we end up in separate rooms. We have reunited at night thanks to antisnore and Reverie!
